Accounting for mean PK profile data variability in noncompartmental analysis

#1

Dear all,

I am currently performing meta-analysis of inhalation and IV PK data for 5 drugs, where I want to compare the results of compartmental PK modeling and noncompartmental analysis. When using compartmental PK modeling, I was able to account for the variability in mean PK profile data available in literature by using weighting factor. I am wondering if there is any way to account for the variability in the available mean PK profiles when doing NCA? Any guidance in this regard is highly appreciated. Thanks.
