Any open data released from dose-finding studies?

#1

Would anyone be able to point me to open data from one or more dose-finding studies? I would like to undertake a retrospective review of such a study (esp. in the area of oncology) from the perspective of Dose Titration Algorithm Tuning (DTAT) https://f1000research.com/articles/6-112/v2

@dcnorris you may want to dig into the datasets available at https://www.projectdatasphere.org/projectdatasphere/html/access

This is a great platform but you need a research proposal to access data. Usually, they are pretty open about providing access.

Good luck!

Thanks, @vijay! I applied Friday, and had my Project Data Sphere account by today (Monday). I see however that their data come almost exclusively from Phase 3. Absolutely nothing from Phase 1, sadly. I’ll see what I can learn about their intentions regarding early-phase data and get back to the community with any news.
