Integration of Simulx in a Pharmacometric Workflow

Simulx is a R function that allows one to simulate complex models for longitudinal data by interfacing the C++ MlxLibrary with R.

simulx(model = NULL, group = NULL, treatment = NULL, parameter = NULL,
output = NULL, data = NULL, project = NULL, settings = NULL,
regressor = NULL, varlevel = NULL)

This video, available on Youtube form Marc Lavielle provides an example of integratin of Simulx in a pharmacometric workflow

This example demonstrates simualtion of a dynamical system using Simulx
